Dr. Michael Iannotti, MD
Dr. Michael Iannotti is an aesthetic physician with extensive experience in male enhancement, including penis enlargement procedures, and butt lift procedures. He helps patients address personal concerns about their appearance through individualized care.
His work in aesthetic medicine also includes body sculpting, body shape and weight management, and injectables. He has training in various laser treatments and other aesthetic procedures. As a practicing physician and Med Spa supervising physician, he also supports other practices in delivering aesthetic services to their patients.
Dr. Iannotti’s approach centers on education and personalized care. He takes time to understand each patient’s goals, explain their options, and follow up after treatment.
He earned an undergraduate degree in Engineering Physics from Miami University in Ohio and attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. His clinical background includes surgery, orthopedics and orthopedic research, family medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, fetal ultrasound, urgent care, and aesthetic medicine. He is board certified and re-certified in Family Medicine. His engineering background continues to shape his interest in developing new instruments and approaches for aesthetic medicine.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Iannotti enjoys spending time with his children, Ben and Isabella, as well as cooking, traveling, golf, soccer, and ice hockey.

How Is the Penis Enlargement Procedure Different at Denver Penis Enlargement?
Many providers in the industry offer male enhancement procedures that utilize implantation devices. At Denver Penis Enlargement, we use a proprietary bio-modulator dermal filler that is reversible. Once it is injected into the skin of the treated area, the penis is substantially enlarged. This procedure dramatically increases your penile girth (and in many cases, length) as well as increasing sexual sensation.
What Should I Expect DURING the Procedure?
During this procedure, you are completely awake. Therefore, you will be able to drive yourself, enhancing your confidentiality through the entire process. A surgical-grade numbing agent keeps you comfortable with little to no discomfort. You should expect to be in our office for a total of about 3 hours, but the procedure itself will only take 45 minutes.
What Should I Expect AFTER the Procedure?
For 30 days after the procedure, you are expected to wrap the penis (we will train you on how to properly wrap). You will also be required to maintain complete abstinence from any type of sexual activity for 30 days. More in-depth instructions will be discussed during the consultation process.
Do You Use SILICONE In Your Filler?
We do not use silicone or silicone-based fillers in our treatments.
At Denver Penis Enlargement, we do not use hyaluronic enhancement option. This is widely used in aesthetic medicine and provide natural-looking, long-lasting results.
